Nature holidays in Normandy

Discover the traditional stone and cob housing of the Cotentin marshlands, in the heart of the Regional Nature Park, about 20km from the historic D-Day landing beaches. Label Panda (WWF) in 2006.

Hiking and biking circuits, fishing at 300m from the house. Bird-watching. Horse riding, 5km and 10km. River boat trips. Swimming pool 7km. Beaches at 20km and 35km (eastern and western coasts of the Cotentin peninsula). Numerous museums.

Utah-beach, 24km

The marshland

In summer, the marshland is dry. In this vast area of pasturage, rivers build a network which once was covered by sailing barges.

Situation: Carentan 10km, Coutances et Saint-Lô 25km, Bayeux 50km, Cherbourg 60km.
